Engagement Model: Temporary employment; Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST

Start Date: as soon as possible

Project Duration: Approximately 3 weeks


DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Onsite Project Moderator to join our team for a new data collection project in the Bay area! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.


We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent and detail-oriented, and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and has experience in customer service.


Role Summary

The Project Moderator will work onsite at our client’s premises in the Bay area and will be expected to foster a positive participant experience. The Project Moderator will guide participants through protocol tasks, operate and maintain data collection equipment, offload data, manage logistics, provide daily reports, and lead the overall high-quality data generation for this effort, day-in and day-out.


Role Responsibilities

  • Interact with participants and lead them through data collection projects
  • Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
  • Use Client tools to label/tag data
  • Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
  • Interact with various hardware & software

  • Hands-on Project Moderator experience
  • Experience working in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in data collection, an advantage
  • Available to work weekdays Mon - Fri (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Located in the Bay area and within commuting distance to Cupertino
  • Able to work onsite for the duration of the project
  • Experience with Mac OS and iOS devices
  • Fluency in English
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Goal driven and objective mindset
  • Integrity and strong work ethic
  • Report creation, monitoring and updating
